The class that I attended was an adult class so it was hard, but sooooooo fun.
Zumba is good for exercise, flexibility, and strength. I encourage you to try a class!!!!!!
Dance doesn't start until September, but I need exercise to keep my lungs healthy. They are a bit junky right now :( It is super important I don't even miss a day shaking out the gunk. That means dancing and jumping! So everyday my mom and my sister and I go do a workout class. We got a membership to the local rec center for this month. Usually my dance keeps me super busy. Today was 6 am Zumba and 5:30 am Pilates. I think all the old ladies think we are crazy but they love us too.
