Homemade Healthy Teddy Grahams
10 to 12 dates (if you soak for a couple hours first it is much easier!)
1/4 teaspoon of real salt
3/4 cups extra virgin coconut oil
1/8 - 1/4 cup agave (just enough to thin the batter a bit)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Put all these ingredients in a high powered blender, like a Blendtec. You may have to blend it a couple times so it is really smooth. Remove from blender and put in small bowl.
Gently mix in 1 1/2 cup whole grain flour (I used wheat, kamut and spelt)
Roll out dough and chill in freezer for 15 minutes.
Cut out your grahams in your favorite shapes.
Freeze again for 10 minutes.
Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
